Lokbhasha ka Mahotsav

On 22nd March, 2018 Kuruom Vidyalaya has organized a seminar on “Lokbhasha ka Mahotsav”. The key speaker was Dr. Satya Priya Pandey, Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi, ShyamLal College, University of Delhi, Delhi. The occasion was also graced by the presence of Prof. Bal Ram Singh, Founder Kuruom Vidyalaya accompanied with Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, President Kuruom Vidyalaya, Mrs. Shagufa Afzal, Principal Kuruom, and all Kuruom staff.

“Language and culture are the two sides of the same coin. Both of these are related closely to the local environment. Thinking in terms of language helps us to know more clearly about the local culture of that area. The notion of practicing local dialect can help us know the folklore of that area. This way it is deeply tied to a notion of cultural practice.” Said Mr. Pandey.
